Recipients and processors
Your data is reserved for Centillion. It is never sold, rented or used to train AI models. It may be processed on our behalf by the following providers:
- Cal.com, Inc. (United States): booking.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, cookie-free audience measurement and the conversational assistant (Workers AI).
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or otherwise by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Technical logs (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (host and content delivery network, or CDN). On each visit, Cloudflare records technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used. Cloudflare processes this data to keep the site secure (protection against abuse and attacks) and to deliver it. Centillion does not use it to identify you or to measure audience. The retention period is set by Cloudflare: see its privacy policy.
Conversational assistant (AI)
The "What do you want to achieve?" input bar on the home page is a conversational assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It automatically answers your question to show you what AI could do for the task you describe.
- Answers for guidance only: answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. They do not constitute personalised advice, an offer, a quote or a commitment by Centillion.
- Data processed: the text of your question (300 characters maximum), the page language and your IP address.
- Model and provider: answers are produced by a Llama language model (Meta), run by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) through its Workers AI service. Cloudflare acts as processor and handles the request within its network of data centres, which may be located outside the European Union (see "Transfers outside the European Union"). According to its commitments, it does not retain the content of questions and answers beyond processing the request and does not use it to train AI models.
- Retention: Centillion does not keep your question or the answer once it has been displayed. Your IP address is kept for 24 hours maximum, solely to limit the number of requests.
- Legal basis: Centillion's legitimate interest in informing visitors about its services and protecting the assistant against misuse.
- No training, no automated decisions: your questions are not used to train any model, and the assistant makes no decision producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.
- Cookies: the assistant sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- Tip: do not enter your name, contact details or any confidential or sensitive information in the bar. To be contacted, please use the contact form.
- Your rights: for any question about the assistant or to exercise your rights (see "Your rights"), write to [email protected].
In accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), you are hereby informed that you are interacting with an AI system.
Security
We apply appropriate measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access, and strong authentication on our tools.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies and without reading or writing any information on your device, which is why you are not shown a consent banner.
The Cal.com booking module may set cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, security, remembering your booking). These cookies are exempt from consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions for what happens to it after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. We will only ask for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt about who you are.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France – www.cnil.fr.
Artificial intelligence
Apart from the conversational assistant described above, no AI tool processes your requests, and no decision about you is made by automated means.
Some of the text on this site is written with the help of artificial intelligence tools, then reviewed by Centillion.
In the course of our engagements, our clients’ data is processed, including by AI tools, only on their instructions and under a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR, with data minimization, no reuse for model training without explicit consent, and in compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
