In a mid-market company, the ERP, the CRM, accounting and business software were often chosen at different times, by different teams. Data moves between them through exports, copy-paste or re-keying. Among French companies with 250 or more employees that do not use AI, 46% cite incompatibility with their existing software (INSEE Première no. 2120). We start from these problems before talking about tools.
The problem. An order taken in the CRM is typed again into the ERP. A supplier invoice is copied into accounting by hand. Every re-entry takes time and adds a risk of error.
What we put in place. An ERP–CRM integration that passes each piece of data once, from the system where it is created to the ones that need it. Where a mistake is costly, someone on your team approves before it goes through.
The problem. The same customer exists under three codes. An item has one price in the CRM and another in the ERP. At month end, figures from the group's companies do not reconcile on the first try.
What we put in place. For each type of data (customers, items, prices), we agree with you on the system of record. We merge duplicates, then the connectors keep the other tools aligned with it.
The problem. In France, according to the Ministry of the Economy, mid-sized companies (ETI) have had to issue electronic invoices through an approved platform since 1 September 2026, and every VAT-registered company established in France must be able to receive them. The ERP has to produce structured invoices, and incoming invoices have to reach accounting without re-keying, alongside the EDI flows already in place with some customers.
What we put in place. We map your invoice flows and EDI exchanges, connect the ERP to the approved platform you have chosen, and match incoming invoices against orders. Discrepancies go to a person, who decides.
The problem. You are looking for an ERP connector, a Sage API connector or a link between Odoo and your CRM, and nobody knows what your software can actually do.
What we put in place. Depending on the software and its version, the link goes through the vendor's API, an existing connector or scheduled file exchanges. We first check what your software already does. When a connector has to be written, it is documented and it belongs to you.
